TEEN Girls Self-Defense Workshop
Teen Girls Self-Defense Workshop, will give your girls the resources, skills, and know-how about how to make the right choices for their safety.
They’ll come to understand how people can manipulate and coerce them (bad guys, bullies, acquaintances, and even their ‘friends’).
They’ll learn best ways to avoid being forced into a vehicle, how to deal with inappropriate questions, what to say to bullies, and how to sense when something just doesn’t feel right.
Mental, Verbal, and Physical skills will be taught.
