LAST Teen Girls SELF-DEFENSE Workshop of 2023 | Nov 5!

• Can your Teen Girl stand up and speak up for herself?
• Does she know what to say when an ‘older-than-her’ person is asking inappropriate questions? Does she know what to do?
• Has she ever had someone give her a scare, when she wasn’t with you?
• Did she ever tell you about someone who felt ‘creepy?’
• Is she dealing with ‘mean girls’ at school?
• Does she know what ‘safe-distancing’ is?
• Does she know how to immediately position herself to be safer (while the person in front of her doesn’t really know what she’s doing)?
• Does she walk with power?
Empowering Self-Defense will teach your Teen Girls how to deal with all of the above, including:
• Body Language
• Boundaries
• Use of Voice
• Mental Preparedness
• Physical Skills
Help her to feel safe, confident and in control of her choices.
