Join us in the cellar 6:00 - 8:30pm on Friday, February 14th for a special dinner collaboration with Chef Diego Felix and Madson Wines' winemaker Cole Thomas. Enjoy five wines pairings with five courses inspired by the local bounty of the Santa Cruz Mountains, from both earth and ocean.
Appetizer and starter wine served at 6pm, please arrive promptly to enjoy the full experience.
About Colectivo Felix: From travels across North and South America, a simple mission was conceived: to transmit through the simple yet monumental acts of cooking and eating, an appreciation of Latin American culture, the importance of edible biodiversity, and the necessity of small scale ecological food producers. Colectivo Felix imparts this ethos upon everything that touches the plate. Inspired by the ‘colectivo,’ the Argentinian public bus, we are a traveling band of chefs picking up and dropping off a diverse group of chefs, sommeliers, farmers, friends, and family along the way. Based in Santa Cruz, Ca.
Madson Wines is known for producing coastal wines with restraint, tension, and balance. Farming small mountainous vineyards limits the volume of wine we make and share each bi-annual release. It is a joy to share this unique terroir with our club members and community.
