Black&White Photography Exhibit at Los Altos Hills Town Hall

Seeing in Black & White "Seeing in Black & White", a photography exhibit by Tom & Marj Green will be on display at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall from October 2025 to March 2026. Tom & Marj Green are fine art black & white photographers and are residents of Los Altos Hills. Their photographs reflect urban, industrial, and rural works of man. They find beauty and design in common objects and capture how they work with light and shadow to evoke a mood or story. Their images show a masterful attention to detail, tonality, and composition to create a unique style. Some show isolated objects selected to highlight their shape and design. Subjects and scenes range from present day to a world of 100 years ago. These scenes can be urban alleys, abandoned factories, decaying houses and barns, or old cars. Tom shoots with a digital camera that has been converted to see both regular and infrared light, while Marj shoots in color and processes the images into black and white. Many of their images have won placement in juried gallery photography shows, as well as publication in international photo magazines.
