Central Coast Superfoods Vegan Cooking Class and Dinner
Wholesum Wellness Works is happy to announce an upcoming cooking class to promote the amazing farmers and makers of the central coast! Increasing nutrient absorption through proper pairings will be a focus. It is sure to be a fun evening filled with learning and nourishment! The evening will include a salad course, entree course, low glycemic index treat, and post meal herbal tea. All ingredient will be organically produced and gluten free.
