VEGETARIAN OPTION AVAILABLE. Included in the dinner -A glass of Spanish wine (sparkling, albariño or tempranillo), sangría or non alcoholic beverage -Goat cheese with honey, toasted pistachios -Dungeness crab salad with romaine, avocado, mandarin oranges and lemon-sumac vinaigrette -Chicken paella with chorizo, maitake mushrooms, farmer's market vegetables, saffron and rosemary -Dessert of crisp Spanish churros with thick hot chocolate We will be serving plates of paella at your table.
