All levels of yoga students are invited to join us for yoga in a natural setting. We will practice different breathing techniques and yoga postures, presented in the gentle style of Iyengar yoga. Teaching will be scaffolded to ensure that every practitioner, from beginner to advanced, will receive the level of instruction they need.
The forest can be messy, please bring a yoga mat that you don’t mind getting dirty or a towel to put under your mat. Additional yoga props such as blocks are welcome, as well as a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Chairs and alternative poses will be provided for participants with limited mobility.
Advanced registration is required. Those who register will receive more detailed directions and information via email.
