Whiskey & Fire comes to San Jose as part of the 2026 Heritage Fire & Whiskies of the World Tour, combining two signature Tours by a21 experiences for an all-inclusive afternoon of live-fire cooking and premium whiskey. Guests can enjoy unlimited chef tastings prepared over open flame alongside whiskey pours from a curated lineup of distillers, meet participating chefs, distillers and brand ambassadors and vote for their favorite dish of the day. The winning chef will be crowned San Jose’s Heritage Hero and advance to the Heritage Fire Grand Finale in Greenville, South Carolina.
