David Massolo & Bill Moy art show in Gallery 9
Gallery 9’s main exhibit in August features two Photographic Artists, David Massolo and Bill Moy. Together they bring us A Moment in Black and White, where they explore their preferred medium - Black and white photography.
“Light is the magic of photographic expression”, says David Massolo. “As in all art one must approach an ordinary subject and create a unique, beautiful, interesting, and compelling image in the process. What your eyes see, and your heart feels is your guide, and the print is the finial physical result.” Massolo explains.
Bill Moy takes us on an introspective journey in Structure and Architecture. “I am fascinated by the interplay between structure and architecture. My photographs explore the intricate balance between form and function, the aesthetics and engineering, and the visual forces that shape our environment”, Moy says about the show.
The two artists share a passion for Photography, but in August they focus on different subjects. Dave Massolo’s many nature sceneries offer a contrast to Bill Moy’s Churches, public spaces, and monuments captured during Bill’s travels around the world.
Together they invite you to enjoy A Moment in Black and White.
