Tacomakase - Taco Tasting Menu
“This menu is about creating a memorable, elevated dinner experience for our guests,” said Executive Chef Azari Cuenca-Maitret. “It’s playful, inventive, and still deeply rooted in traditional Mexican flavors.”
Showcasing Chef Azari’s roots in Mexico City, the Tacomakase menu is available exclusively on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and is limited to just 20 guests per service. Each seating is an intimate, reservation-only dining experience.
Priced at $65 per person, the Tacomakase menu comes with two beverage pairing options (both $25) featuring sparkling wine, tequila, and craft cocktails,
The Tacomakase Menu includes:
- A welcoming Blue Corn Quesadilla
- Six creative tacos including Chipotle Octopus with roasted pineapple, “El Califa de Azari” with lime steak and squash blossom “paper”, and Garlic Shrimp with guajillo and lime.
- A Chef’s Surprise Taco – a nightly creation showcasing Azari’s innovative approach.
- A sweet finale of Crunchy Buñuelo with Corn-Shaped Goat Cheese and Brown Honey Syrup.
