We are transitioning from these last months of a bountiful harvest season into our winter rest. Here in winter we are invited to shed, to let compost what is ready to be returned to the earth, to create space for new iterations of our being. Dec. 21st (the Winter Solstice) is the shortest day of the year. This dance takes place within a special window of time- the peak of darkness, where we will honor the medicine of the dark AND welcoming the return of the light.
