Over the course of 5 weeks, we will explore the essential practices and understandings of why and how we dream and how listening and activating from these mystical nighttime experiences can have profound transformative effects on our lives. WHAT TO EXPECT: ● Each week we will open and close our time together in collective ceremony, prayer & Guided Dreaming ○ Week 1: Heed the Call: Learn the basics of why we dream, what purpose dreams serve and how to begin to build ritual alongside cultivating dream recall and journaling practices. ○ Week 2: Entering the Wilderness: Learn about the types of dreams, their general structure and how to begin to think about your dreams from a personal emotional, symbolic and energetic perspective. ○ Week 3: Finding Our Pack: The Collective Unconscious and Archetypes - how sharing our dreams can build a new and more loving world. ○ Week 4: The Journey Beyond: This week we will explore the thinning of the veil - how dreams can support our transition from this life to the next by receiving messages and reconnecting to those beyond. ○ Week 5: The Wild Magic: What we can do in our waking life to call the dream forward and create magical change and transformation in our lives. ***please bring a journal/ pen, an eye mask (optional) and water.
