The Tolects say “Learning to dream is learning to die”. Why is this?
Dreams are portals into the unknown – nighttime stories and explorations of what it means to be a soul living inside a human body. Dreams are what happens when we are not bound to the physical but rather, connected to all that is: a place and time where our souls get to dance in-between worlds - singing their wisdom into our hearts.
Many of us have been taught to fear the end of this life as a final end-point, but dreams promise that death is just the beginning of a new and fantastic adventure.
In this experience, you will be invited to shift your relationship to death. To understand how your dreams can heal and expand this relationship, and understand that this life is the magical “bardo” or in-between time and how we choose to live while we’re here can drastically shift when we no longer fear what comes next.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
● An opening collective ceremony, prayer & Guided Dreaming experience
● Overview of death in dreams and connecting to the other side
● Exploration of the Tibetan Dream Yoga concept of “Bardo” and practices to work with this
relationship
● Education on Dia de los Muertos and an invitation to celebrate and honor the stories of
those who have passed
● Dreamweaving to build a visual, waking dream around something in your life asking to
be let go of
● Group dreamwork to discover the wisdom of your waking dream
● Recommended rituals for shifting this relationship on an ongoing basis
● A closing Guided Dreaming meditation to explore the boundaries of your being
***please bring a journal/ pen, an eye mask (optional) and water.
You do not need to remember your nighttime dreams to attend or participate in this experience! Whether you remember or not, expect a deeper connection to your dreams and magic in your life as a result.

Having been a prolific dreamer since childhood, Serafina has leaned on the wisdom and guidance of her own dreams throughout her life for over 20 years now. Her curiosity (and dreams) led to her becoming a Certified Professional Dreamworker/Yoga Instructor/Meditation Instructor, Somatic Practitioner, Marketing & Brand Executive, Storyteller and Educator.
