Embodied Awakening - A Journey Through The Chakras
Sacral - Svadhistana: At the second chakra, the 'indwelling place' of our soft bellies, we will compassionately explore this place of vulnerable emotions and wild creative life force energy.
Gathering once a month for 7 months, we will work our way from the ground up to explore the process of our embodiment through the lens of classical hatha yoga.
With an inward gaze we will use asana, meditation, visualization, sound vibration, mantra chanting, and self-inquiry to activate each of the chakras and awaken or enhance the qualities that reside in our physical and subtle bodies in order to be the change we wish to see in the world.
