Conscious Singles Mindful Dating: Age 40-50
Join us to learn about yourself and the art of relating through each session’s themed mini-workshop while making authentic, meaningful connections with the other participants.
This event is for ages 40-50 and the theme is Communication
Learn some new skills and/or continue growing your ability to speak so that others can hear you while also building your empathy muscles and engaging in meaningful conversations.

Tickets: Pre-registration required $35. Event only runs if we have enough people signed up. You will get refunded if it is cancelled.
How the evening is structured:
25 minutes - opening mixer with some movement around the room and fun interactive exercises
40 minutes - group activity based on the theme for the evening
25 minutes- deeper connection time with facilitated questions and sharing
