Have you been feeing the collective trauma and tenderness?
Come share in an engaging blend of practices in community that supports deeper connection, creativity, vulnerability and presence. We’ll play games and explore forms that welcome all parts of ourselves.
A welcoming, safe space to reveal and share from your authentic, genuine,real and maybe raw embodied experience. Come be seen, felt & received.
A great way to explore your edges, make new friends, have real, engaging, embodied conversations, know yourself better and meet others from an authentic, heartfelt, honest & vulnerable space.
First and third Tuesday

$35-$25 sliding scale
A few scholarship tickets available if finances are a hindrance.
Led by Rani Joy
Rani Joy has been leading Embodiment Practices since 1997. She has a Masters's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and is a Somatic Therapist specializing in Hakomi ~ A healing mindfulness based form of Body Centered Therapy.
She is also a Transformational Life Coach, Bodyworker, Energy Worker & leads Yoga, Contact Dance & Authentic Movement.Rani Joy has been sharing in Authentic Relating Practices for over a decade starting with the wonderful and active Boulder community. She did a facilitator training in Bali and has shared this work around the Bay Area, Hawaii, Mexico and wherever she can sprinkle some connection inspiration along her travels! Her offerings create a safe, fun, engaging, and welcoming space to dive into deeper self-discovery, embodiment, connection and play!
