The Wizard of Oz presented by CYT
CYT Tri-Valley, the Bankhead Theater’s new Resident Children’s Theater Company, invites you on a journey to Oz in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved story. A cast of 68 students, ages 8-18, will perform the timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels over the rainbow to meet the Wizard and make her dreams come true. Performing the iconic songs from the MGM film will be an all-student orchestra. Tickets are on sale now.
CYT Tri-Valley gives back to local charities with each production. Our student leadership program - HYPE - chose KAFPA.org (Kinship, Adoptive & Foster Parent Association) to receive Wizard of Oz donations. Please consider bringing a new or lightly used item KAFPA children could use when you attend the show. Together we can help build a place called Home.
