Your tasting room manager and resident sommelier, Brian, is joing forces once again with Danielle of Petal & Plate catering to create a 4-course pairing menu to kick off the summer months. Each course perfectly paired with one of our Aptos Vineyard wines.

Cucumber Gazpacho w/ avocado & herbs
Smoked Trout w/ castelvetrano olives, fennel & citrus
Baby Bella Mushrooms stuffed w/ wild mushrooms, black truffle goat cheese, balsamic
Pinot Poached Stone Fruit w/ pinot reduction, pound cake, fresh whipped cream
