Class Description:
During this class we will learn about the fundamentals of cheesemaking starting with three fresh cheeses. Using cow's milk and goat's milk, we will make chevre, feta and mozzarella, as well as variations burrata and stracciatella.
Class Guidelines:
In our classes you'll work with other students in small groups. The class size is 16 students.
We will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class, seating is available. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have hair tied back. Aprons are recommended.
We recommend bringing containers to take your creations home.
Please inform us at the time of booking a class if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies (i.e. vegetarian, no dairy, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Children 14 and older, with tickets, are welcome with an adult. For children under 14, please come to one or our classes especially designed for kids.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer cash refunds if you are unable to attend the class you've purchased a seat for. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance that you will not be able to attend, you may do one of two things:
Transfer your payment to a different class with the same value
or
Designate someone else to attend in your place for a scheduled class
