At this hands-on workshop, we’ll walk you through the process of grafting: attaching a desirable branch of one variety (scion) to a strong and compatible rootstock of another variety, creating a new tree with the best qualities of both. Leave with two heirloom varieties using scion cuttings generously provided by the Filoli Estate historic orchard.
