Project Cheer Toy Drive

For a child, being hospitalized is hard. Being hospitalized during the holidays is heartbreaking. Every year we host a holiday store for parents to pick out presents for our patients and their siblings at no cost, meaning the family has one less worry while their child heals. The Project Cheer Toy Drive collects toys and raises funds to put gifts in the hands of hospitalized kids, adding a little magic that makes a big difference for our patients and families when they need it most. There are three ways to be a part of the magic of Project Cheer: Project Cheer Virtual Toy Drive Make an online donation or start your own crowdfunding page to share with your network. Get your friends and family in the giving mood and see how much good you can do! These funds will allow our caregivers to purchase toys for children who are celebrating the holidays away from the comfort of home. Our goal this year is $50,000 and 50 crowdfunding pages, and you can help us get there! Collect Toys to Deliver Joy Support our kids by adding a few extra goodies to your gift list or go big and host a toy drive! You’ll put presents directly in the hands of patients and inspire others to spread joy. Our big toy drop off day is on Saturday, December 13 at both hospitals. Volunteers will meet you at the curb so that unloading is easy! This will give our Child Life teams plenty of time to sort toys for the holiday store. Shop the Online Wish Lists Our online Wish Lists are carefully curated by staff to include items that are in high demand and that meet the special needs of kids who are celebrating the holidays in the hospital. These are shipped straight to the hospital, making it one of our easiest options! Together, we can bring the joy of the holiday season to our patients. Thank you for supporting our kids!
