The final session, Gin and Botanicals, takes place on May 17 from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and features a presentation led by a The Botanist Islay Dry Gin Ambassador on the role of botanicals in gin distillation and cocktail creation, complete with tastings of two botanical gin cocktails (a zero-proof option is also available).
