Elise and Steve are an Indie-Folk Singer-Songwriter duo who bring a strong blend of bluesy, folky, jazzy goodness, trading off primarily on acoustic guitar and bass. Beautiful harmonies are the through-line on their original music. Steve Witt, has played in Indie, Folk and rock bands for a couple decades, and the classical, jazz and Latin music of Elise's Topanga Canyon childhood has influenced her song-writing. They are releasing their first LP this year.

Sheldon Alexander is a celebrated drummer, educator, and composer from Oakland, California. With a natural affinity for rhythm, he began playing drums at a young age in his great uncle's church in Oakland. His passion for music, especially Jazz, flourished after relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona. Sheldon's exceptional skill led him to the California Jazz Conservatory in Berkeley, where he studied with renowned mentors and deepened his understanding of Afro-rooted music. As an educator, he imparts his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to private students in the Bay Area. Sheldon is the founder of the R&B fusion band COEXIST and collaborates with various ensembles in the Bay Area. He is currently involved in multiple projects slated for release in 2024, with more details available on sheldonalexanderdrums.com. Known for his versatility and profound respect for the roots of music, Sheldon's influence is a significant force in the Bay Area music scene.
