San Francisco is a legendary city from the Golden Gate Bridge to Fisherman’s Wharf and the groovy psychedelic scene at Haight-Ashbury. In San Francisco we relish in our hills, our cable cars, our sports teams, and our arts scene. San Francisco serves as the perfect backdrop for our eclectic performers, who will bring you a taste of the city’s creative culture. Known for it’s small but unique skyline, including Coit Tower, The Transamerica Building, and the more recent attraction of the personal-massager shaped Salesforce Tower, our show may wow and surprise you with its own ”architectural” features. We are excited to bring you our talented performers and their artistic take on an homage to San Francisco. We may honor the city’s iconic music beats, the hip beat poet scene, or even a case of the munchies as we celebrate 4/20 with a nod to the city’s cannabis culture! Red Velvet A life-long dancer, Red Velvet has performed throughout the U.S. and internationally, and is an award-winning burlesque performer. She loves teaching in order to share her insights and empower others. She is a prolific choreographer, producer of DIVA or Die, and leader of The Velvettes CanCan troupe. She also teaches weekly modern dance classes and has co-created five theatrical burlesque/cabaret productions. This Jane of all trades is a burlesque performer and co-producer of DIVA or Die. She is in charge of DIVA social media accounts, and supports the show as stage manager and pick up artist when needed. Additionally, you can find her ushering at the Oasis and helping out at other burlesque and variety shows in the Bay Area. She also teaches periodically and shares her skills in rhinestone embellishment.
