Our inaugural San Francisco show will feature local band Crumb Dread backing up Audio Angel, KingLung, and Simoné Mosely. N8 and the G will open the show. AUDIO ANGEL 2023 marks vocalist Audio Angel's 26th year 'moving the crowd' worldwide. With her fiery stage presence she continues to light up her communities in the Bay Area by remaining a musical iconoclast and challenging her own beliefs of what it means to be a singer/performer. His music leans towards underground hip-hop, but sways into poetic lyricism with a conscious and spiritual undertone, like J Cole mixed with a little 2 PAC. With the boost of the 1980s hip hop golden age and the pressures of her environment, she found a way to turn her obstacles into opportunities. Utilizing figures such as Erykah Badu, India Arie and Lauren hill she shaped her sound. From exotic dancing to college degrees, her journey is filled with darkest of nights brightened by faith, hope and healing through music. She strives to combine her sultry voice, poetic insight and experience to bring healing and a sense of culture to all who dive into the realm of self reflection. Their is also a full band that includes Trever Kinsel on Trumpet, Demauri Hall on drums, Dillon O’bannon on The Bass, Tommy Seip on the percussion.
