St Stephen's Music Series Presents: An Afternoon at the Opera
Caroline Armitage presents “An Afternoon at the Opera” on Sunday, April 13 at 4pm. Joined by baritone Sepp Hammer, alto Celeste Winant, and pianist Brad Schultz, the group will present opera scenes from Mozart’s The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni, Cosi fan tutte and Le Nozze di Figaro, Bizet’s Carmen, Gounod’s Romeo et Juliette, Thomas’s Hamlet, Delibes’s Lakme, Moore’s Ballad of Baby Doe, Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, Leoncavallo’s I Pagliacci, and Dvorak’s Rusalka. A suggested $20 donation at the door helps ensure the continuity of the concert series at St. Stephen's Church.
