Letterpress and Watercolor: Where Ink Meets Paint
Join Karla Ebrahimi-Camens, owner and designer of Sky of Blue Press & Papery, as she guides you through printing on a vintage letterpress and applying watercolor to your stationery & art prints. No prior experience is necessary!
Discover the magic of letterpress: Learn the fundamentals of this centuries-old printing technique using our vintage press.
Explore the fluidity of watercolor: We'll guide you through basic watercolor techniques, focusing on washes, layering, and color blending, to create vibrant and expressive paintings.
Combine the two: Learn how to incorporate your hand-painted watercolor creations into your letterpress prints, resulting in truly unique and personalized pieces.
All materials are provided, including: watercolor paints, brushes, and paper, printing inks and all necessary tools
Once you've registered, please email us to confirm the name you'd like to use on your custom stationery. We recommend your first name only. If you register within 48 hours of the workshop, your stationery will have other elements but will not include your name.

Depending on size of class, this workshop is 2-3 hours and limited to a maximum of 8 guests. It is located in our studio / shop in Rockaway Beach in Pacifica.
