Beauty & Bounty: Designing Home Renovations for Return, San Rafael Community Center, October 13th
You don’t always know where to start, what you like, or where to scrimp and where to spend. This course guides you in preparing for your next home renovation project, while keeping an eye on how your design choices can lead toward highest resale or rental value.
We cover the latest design trends, sourcing materials, working with contractors, interior designers, architects, and DIY methods. We look at big and small choices you’ll encounter and cover what features, fixtures, and finishes create a clean and luxurious feel. Developing a greater sense of your aesthetic is also a part of the course!
