Exhibit Opening: The Extraordinary Cow Palace
The San Mateo County History Museum will open a new exhibition within its changing exhibit gallery entitled: The Extraordinary Cow Palace, featuring memorabilia and photos of the famous performances, political gatherings, sporting events, rodeos, circuses, conventions, and other activities that have occurred at this iconic venue since 1941.
Activities on Saturday, March 2nd will include a panel discussion highlighting the history of the Cow Palace at 1 p.m. and a ribbon cutting and exhibit preview at 2 p.m.
