This special evening features a one-of-a-kind tasting menu and rare sakes brewed by Stuart Morris, Pabu’s former sommelier and a Master of Sake, who has partnered with the Shindo Brewery in Yamagata to create these exceptional pours.
The dinner includes dishes like Toro & Caviar, Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop with Frog Hollow Peaches, Shiso, and Tonkatsu sauce, and Mango Shave Ice with sake pearls, lychee, and coconut creme to end the night on a sweet note.
