Your location has been changed to San Francisco area.
Some Halloween events keep everyone in one room for the entire night. The San Francisco Halloween Pub Crawl gives you an entire list of bars and lets you decide where the evening goes.
CrawlSF’s 2026 Halloween celebration begins on Saturday, October 24, with a six-hour pub crawl across several San Francisco nightlife areas. The event takes place from 4PM to 10PM and includes more than 20 participating locations.
The first stop for every participant is Mayes Oyster House at 1233 Polk Street. This is the official check-in location for the October 24 event. Guests will collect their wristbands at Mayes before heading out to the other bars.
After check-in, participants are free to design their own routes. One group may begin with a relaxed drink on Polk Street and then head toward bars with DJs. Another group might focus on food stops, music venues or places where everyone can take photos. There is no correct way to complete the crawl and no requirement to visit every location.
Participating bars include Union Street Ale House, Route 101, El Lopo, Rick & Roxy’s, Hanaro, The Blue Light, Jaxson, Decodance, Beso Mae, Mayes Oyster House, Lush Lounge, R Bar, Uni Pizza, Wizards & Wands, Campus, White Rabbit, Silver Cloud, Music City Starfactory, Sacred Taco, Comet Club, Rockwell, McTeague’s Saloon and Westwood.
The variety of participating locations helps keep the event interesting from beginning to end. Guests can move between small neighborhood bars and larger party spaces. They can dance, listen to music, order food or take a break before heading to the next stop. If a location becomes busy or does not match the group’s mood, there are many other choices on the list.
Wristband holders receive access to advertised drink specials and free admission at participating bars. DJs, music, party favors, contests and Halloween activities will be included throughout the event. CrawlSF is also planning surprises to make opening day feel like more than an ordinary Saturday bar crawl.
The event begins at 4PM, allowing participants to start while it is still light outside and continue into the evening. Groups can meet early, take advantage of the full event schedule and still have time to make additional plans after the crawl ends at 10PM.
This Saturday event starts a series that continues across the following weekend. The remaining dates are Friday, October 30, Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1. Each date offers another opportunity to dress up and experience the CrawlSF Halloween celebration.
In 2025, CrawlSF broke the World’s Largest Pub Crawl record during its Halloween event. The company hopes to attract an even larger crowd and break its own record in 2026. October 24 is the opening day of that new attempt.
