In celebration of that historic event, the La Peña Community Chorus invites you to a concert featuring the Bay Area premiere of a stirring new piece for narrator, chorus and piano based on Dr. Martin Luther King’s inspiring “I Have A Dream” speech that he delivered at that historic march. We welcome special guests, the composer and accompanist, John Maas, Benjamin Mertz, and members of Vukani Mawethu. Please join us for an evening of music and community in honor of the struggle for freedom and social justice.
