Join us for a soothing Sound Bath with kitties to unwind and enhance your sense of well-being. Your Meditation Infused Sound Bath will be facilitated by Laura, Judith and Sonja. Relax to healing frequencies and a guided meditation while enjoying the company of a cuddly kitty by your side, adding some PAWSITIVE vibes to your experience that have you FELINE fine!
Blurb Your Reiki Guide:
Laura was born and raised in the Bay Area and started her healing journey in 2019. As a Registered Nurse since 2008, she has a strong understanding of the importance of overall health, balance and the many paths individuals can take to achieve that balance. Preferring holistic health approaches, she decided to invest in her own self-care and was fortunate to become certified in Reiki. Since incorporating energy healing into her life, Laura learned how to release tension in her body and transform stress energy into something more positive. She looks forward to sharing this Reiki energy with you, in hopes that you can take a moment for yourself to find peace, comfort and relaxation.
