This four-course dinner, created by Chef David Hernandez, will be paired with a selection of Jules Taylor’s acclaimed Marlborough wines. More than just a meal, the evening is designed to give guests the chance to discover new wines, enjoy multiple pairings in one sitting, and savor an elegant night out. To guide the experience, Jules Taylor expert Rae Boghossian will be on hand, pouring and sharing insights to elevate each tasting.
Jules Taylor founded her namesake winery Jules Taylor Wines in 2001 in New Zealand’s Marlborough Valley. This was the culmination of a multi-generational connection to the region and its grape-growing families and the winery has since won numerous awards and become especially known for their fruit-forward Sauvignon Blanc.
Honor features a Northern California-inspired upscale tavern menu that delights with inventive small plates prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The bar program showcases seasonal ingredients that elevate the house-made shrubs, syrups, and infused spirits into memorable, artfully balanced cocktails. Last year the restaurant underwent a substantial expansion and remodel resulting in a transformed space with a speakeasy-style lounge and an indoor/outdoor atrium dining room that beautifully blends industrial architecture with whimsical, vintage-inspired interiors and lighting.
