Although they're technically 60 miles apart, Yountville’s Guthrie Family Wines and San Francisco’s Hilda and Jesse closely share the idea of fun luxury — so we thought to pair our food and wine together, for one night only.
Guthrie’s low-intervention, organic wines are joyfully effervescent, a little bit funky, and just the right level of bubbly. Chef Ollie has crafted a menu to match — think a satisfying mashup of savory and mind-bendingly potent flavors to go with juicy Carbonic Grenache and wildly smooth Vermentino. Guthrie’s winemaker, Blair, will be in attendance to answer any of your burning questions about the night’s selection — or any of the other wines in his portfolio if you have all night.
