PRIDE - Odd Fellows Movie Night
Realizing that they share common foes in Margaret Thatcher, the police and the conservative press, London-based gays and lesbians lend their support to striking coal miners in 1984 Wales.
This legitimately inspirational and thoroughly-feel-good movie is about an unusual but extraordinary slice of history involving the solidarity of a gay-and-lesbian activist group and the National Union of Mineworkers during the London strikes of the Thatcher era.
