AAUW HMB Speaker Series: Women Directors of Coastal Repertory Theater: A Panel
In 2023, all the directors for the Coastal Repertory Theater were women! This panel discussion with Barbara Williams, Karen Byrnes, Nancy Martin and Emily York will answer your questions on how women direct theater, the advantages and disadvantages, the differences in style and communication and ways of working. The last two directors are a mother/daughter team. Come to this event hosted by AAUW HMB and find out what it’s like directing a play, working with actors on stage and being behind the scenes. The meeting will be in the Half Moon Bay Library Community Room with the following agenda:
