CREW SF Executive DEI Training: Leading with Courage
Leading with Courage, a pre-recorded series designed exclusively for CREW Network, introduces a leadership model for companies and chapters working to foster a culture of innovation, attract and retain employees and members, and advocate for equity and parity. This work continues to be strategically important to organization’s ability to attract and retain talent and create a culture needed to meet business goals and objectives.
This series will focus on reconnecting with the “why” of this work and examine how to continue to lead with courage and commitment. Each session will offer the opportunity to learn new information, data and concepts; practice internal reflection and exploration, leveraging courage; and, identify actions to continue to lead in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
This session will address how your leadership enhances your team’s ability to recognize new and different market opportunities, better appreciate unmet market needs and deliver better overall financial performance. We will also learn the key components of creating and maintaining company culture that makes talented people want to join and stay.
