Mask Making with Jamin Jollo and Dan Griffiths

Join us for a week long study and maskmaking. This summer, Jamin and Dan will be offering 12 students and opportunity to learn how to cast the human face, sculpt and cast neoprene Clown nose, and sculpt and cast a neoprene mask. Education will be hands-on. Some sculpting experience preferred but not mandatory fee will cover instruction and materials needed. Harness the power of Clay and Plaster in our week long Mask Making Intensive! August 24- 28, Jamin and Dan offer the opportunity to sculpt and cast your very own neoprene Clown nose and neoprene Mask. Every stroke has a story; you’ll gain hands-on knowledge of sculpting, molding, and creating bold, theatrical face shapes that bring life and vivacious character to the stage. More than just party gifts- you’ll walk away from this class with: A plaster cast of your face Your own custom- designed clown nose, AND Your custom made full-face mask or half-mask.
