First Course: Hoe cakes with Birch & Rye's private label caviar
Main Course: Mustard barbecue-roasted quail, roasted beets, fennel, and beluga lentil hash
Dessert Course: Flourless chocolate-pecan cake with orange glaze
Signed copies of Chef Tanya Holland's cookbook, 'California Soul' ($35) will be available for purchase at the restaurant.
