What’s included: 5 Weekly Meetings We meet once a week on Zoom for 90 minutes for five consecutive weeks. Each session there is a chance to connect as a group with checks in on how it’s going, get your questions answered and learn about digestion, blood sugar handling, healthy fats and how to transition off the cleanse. You’ll focus on whole foods, fresh vegetables, fruit, high-quality animal proteins, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats timed to support stable blood sugar, energy and mood. Week 1 is all about getting prepared. There’s no need to do anything before our first session. While Three Stone Hearth tailors its weekly menu to support Cleanse participants, the class fee does not include food. Items can be purchased separately online or in-store. Joey Anderson is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, GAPS Practitioner, and Restorative Wellness Practitioner who helps health-minded individuals cut through the noise and discover what truly works for their body. In her private practice, she offers personalized support for women navigating digestive issues, blood sugar imbalances, and hormone challenges, using a root-cause approach to uncover the missing pieces of their health puzzle.
