Scandinavian Baking with Author Nichole Accettola
Step into the warm, buttery world of Scandinavian baking with Nichole Accettola, chef, baker, and IACP award–winning author of Scandinavian from Scratch.
In this special event, Nichole will demonstrate how to make Norwegian Lefse and Raspberry Squares (yes, there will be samples!), while sharing stories from her time living in Copenhagen and running her San Francisco bakery-café, Kantine.
Learn about traditional ingredients, seasonal flavors, and the Danish concept of hygge that inspires so much of her cooking.
After the demo, there will be time for Q&A and a book signing.
