When free-spirited Maria is sent to serve as governess for the seven children of a strict naval Captain, she transforms their home from a place of rules and silence to one filled with joy, laughter, and music. But as their beloved Austria is being taken over by the Nazis, the family must band together and follow their hearts, no matter the cost.
With beloved songs like Do-Re-Mi, Sixteen Going on Seventeen, Climb Ev’ry Mountain and My Favorite Things, this family-friendly musical production features an irresistibly charming score, beautiful sets, and a cast of over 70 talented Bay Area performers.
