Enjoy a six course Filipino and Peruvian cuisine dinner, with a welcome cocktail, Caviar, and more. The first course will be a halibut crudo with fava bean, avocado, chalaca, chulpe corn, and black miso aioli. Course two will consist of Deconstructed Chicharron Lumpia. A crispy pork belly with atchara, ginger/garlic toyomansi, along with salad greens, shaved radishes, and vinaigrette. followed by course three, fried chupe. Stuffed crispy prawns, pancit noodles, chupe sauce, and pickled veg. Course four will be Seco. A dungeness crab and scallops, cilantro/spinach coconut cream, son fish sauce, and lime garlic rice. Course five will be Adobo De Patro, a duck confit with butter bean puree, and fresh seasonal herbs. To top it off, course six will include golden mango, made with golden milk ice cream, mango tapioca, ginger cookie, and citrus granita.
