Joybound People & Pets Free Vaccine and Microchip Clinic


Helping your pet stay healthy and protected starts with timely vaccinations. These powerful tools support your pet’s well-being by strengthening their immune system, ensuring they can enjoy a longer, happier life by your side. Free Pet Vaccine and Microchip Clinic Saturday, June 14th, 2025 Starting at 8 am: Early arrival suggested. Please note: Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Space fills up quickly, so we advise clients to arrive early. 325 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA At this Mobile clinic, dogs and cats can both receive Rabies vaccines, dogs can receive a DHPP vaccine (which protects against Canine Distemper Virus, Canine Hepatitis, Canine Parainfluenza, and Canine Parvovirus), and cats can receive a FVRCP vaccine (which protects against Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia). In addition, both dogs and cats can receive free microchips, and our team will have free pet food available for pickup! o First-come, first-served. Thank you in advance for your patience. o Pet guardians must be Contra Costa County residents and at least 18 years of age. o Animals are not given full health or wellness exams at these clinics, only vaccinations and microchips. o Please bring prior vaccine records. o Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in carriers. o All pets must be at least 6 weeks old. o Feral cats or community cats will not be served. o Joybound People & Pets reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We offer pet guardians support with pet food, low-cost veterinary care, low-cost spay and neuter and beyond. Learn more at joybound.org/community.
