In one night, learn how to make a classic Italian bread that is versatile for many occasions! Focaccia is perfect for dinner, picnics, and sandwiches and suits flavors of all seasons. The dough is quite easy to make; there are no complicated forming skills to master, so come on in, beginners! You'll press this dough into a pan with lots of delicious extra virgin olive oil, dimple it and bake until golden with a crispy crust and chewy center. Our in-class focaccias will be topped with a variety of ingredients to get you started, and we hope you'll explore your creative side as you practice at home. At the end of class, we'll enjoy our sweet and savory creations with a light dinner and a glass of wine!
