Celebrate four remarkable years of Valle with an extraordinary night of cuisine and coastal sophistication. On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Chef Roberto Alcocer will host Michelin-starred Chef Luis Roger of BNC (Houston) for an exclusive, one-evening collaboration in Valle’s acclaimed kitchen.
This special dinner will present a multi-course tasting menu that highlights the best of Baja California’s seasonal ingredients infused with Chef Roger’s contemporary Spanish style and Houston-inspired flair. Guests will savor artfully composed dishes paired with exceptional Osborne wines, all within Valle’s warm, oceanfront atmosphere.
