DANCE IS MEDICINE... Dance is an incredibly powerful tool for healing, allowing us to release and move energy and find a meditation through movement. We offer a sacred and safe space to let your dancing spirit free! We like to cultivate and encourage a conscious community of mindful interactions and connections.
