Sound Healing Event at Sharp Coronado Hospital
Sharp Coronado Hospital will host a Sound Healing event on August 21st. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the event will begin promptly at 5:10 PM. This event is open to everyone.
Experience the gold standard in patient-centered care at Sharp HealthCare. The Sewall Healthy Living Center, located on the 3rd floor of the hospital, offers a spa-like atmosphere with a full fitness center, outpatient rehabilitation, massage, acupuncture, and more. Services include Micro-Needling, fitness and wellness classes (both online and in-person), and a Personal Nutritional and Weight Management Program led by a Registered Dietician and Accountability Health Coach. Patients can enhance their healing process with music, acupuncture, and massage therapies.
The Sound Healing event will be led by San Diego’s Dawn Fonseca, a specialist in Sound Healing. She combines crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, seed rattles, drums, and gongs to create a deeply relaxing experience.
