Our adult classes are designed to continue professional and recreational dance training for adults of all ages. Our teachers are qualified to teach high quality dance techniques in various styles. Join us and drop in to any class! ​ Aging Creatively was designed to provide an enriching opportunity for seniors to share the joy of movement together while promoting the health and well-being of each individual. Gentle dance movements promote strength, agility, coordination, balance and mental clarity. Dances allow seniors to express their individuality and creativity. Memory is enhanced through repetition of movements and memorization of specific dance routines. The weekly classes also provide opportunities for socialization. ​ While Aging Creatively Classes are created with accessibility for seniors in mind, we encourage students 18 & up to participate in these classes. Similarly, we encourage our Aging Creatively students to participate in our Adult Classes.
